Mr. White is a nationally recognized expert who maintains faculty affiliations with several of the nation’s leading centers of legal education. A former Human Resources and Labor Relations executive at United Parcel Service of America, Inc., he possesses subject matter expertise in Employment Law, Securities Law, and commercial negotiation.
He is among the vanguard of legal professionals who champion skills development and has innovated acclaimed programs with multiple federal courts and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”). Mr. White serves as an appointed neutral in the United States district courts for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. An alumnus of the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation, he provides frequent media commentary on emerging workplace trends.
Mr. White earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, a Master’s Degree in Liberal Studies, and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Fordham University before completing a prestigious fellowship at the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution.
